In Phase 6, after designing a plan to maximize your product shipment volumes, our expert team will collaborate with a network of trusted partners to ship your product to a final pickup destination.
Maximize Shipment Volumes
When planning the shipping of your product, our team creates precise specifications and drawings for the volume of product included in each master carton and on each pallet. Pallet arrangement, stacking, and materials are also reviewed to see that no shipping space is wasted.
Ship Your Products With Confidence
With manufacturing and operations facilities in Asia and North America, we’re well-versed in the art of global logistics planning! In Phase 6, we’ll collaborate with you to identify the best shipping methods for your products, whether by air, land, sea, or a combination of these.
The labeling and packing preparations completed in Phase 5 will ensure that your products are shipped safely and meet all country-specific requirements. For exports to multiple locations, we’ll adhere to the unique safety, labeling, packing, and customs regulations of those regions.
We also conduct testing in accordance with International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) standards to protect your product from damage during transport.
Planning for Safe Shipments
Our approach of early logistics planning is especially critical for items with unique safety considerations, such as small electronic devices containing lithium-ion batteries. While these batteries can be shipped at full charge by sea, they must be below 30% charge to be shipped by air; something that we’ll have discussed and made a plan for long before reaching Phase 6.
